Mr. Jason McLendon, President and CEOExtensive real-world experience in strategic and tactical protective operations including high-threat dignitary protection, nuclear security, emergency management, law enforcement, and emergency response. Service includes multiple federal, county, and municipal agencies as both a front-line responder and as a manager. Experienced Security Manager with administrative expertise involving personnel security, business assets protection, physical security, emergency planning, and business continuity. Holds numerous instructor certifications and licenses, and has experience teaching and performing a variety of topics including, but not limited to: dignitary protection, law enforcement, anti-terrorism, security, firearms, defensive tactics, baton, pepper spray, TASER, first aid/CPR/AED, HAZMAT, security driving, less-lethal weapons, and active shooter response. Served as a military hostage negotiator and a SWAT team commander. Has provided protective security for the President of the United States, Vice-President of the United States, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Army, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Chief of Staff of the Army, multiple US Congressmen, entertainers, and corporate executives. Holds the coveted Certified Protection Professional designation from the American Society for Industrial Security. Radio Show co-host for the SAFE in San Antonio Radio Show.
Mr. Ken Lewis, Vice-President and COOKen Lewis is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Investigations with nearly three decades of operational experience in security, military and law enforcement. Mr. Lewis has held leadership and management doctrine positions, and worked a broad range of specialties throughout his career, e.g. emergency management, nuclear security, dignitary protection, communication systems, facility maintenance, law enforcement/security, Emergency Service Teams (SWAT), small arms training and repair, and instructing/teaching intellectual and mechanical skills. He has extensive experience in project and program management. Noted speaker, writer and an Eagle Scout, he is a member of the NRA-Life, TSRA, IALEFI, ILEETA, NSSF, and SAME. He holds an A.A. in Security Administration from the Community College of the Air Force, an A.A. in Business Management from Wayland Baptist University, a B.S. in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University, and a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University. Mr. Lewis co-hosts the SAFE in San Antonio Radio Show and is an adjunct college professor.

Mr. Benjamin Wilhelm, Operations SupervisorBen served as a commissioned officer in the US Air Force as a Security Forces officer and later in the US Army as a Medical Service Corps officer. He has commanded a unit while deployed to Afghanistan, served as a brigade staff officer, and as an instructor for new officers. He has extensive experience in planning and conducting operations of both a security and non-security nature. He is licensed by the state of Texas as a commissioned security officer, a private investigator, alarm salesman, and security salesman. He is also an NRA firearms instructor, and certified by the state of Texas as a Concealed Handgun License instructor. He holds a BS in Criminology from Florida State University, and is currently working on his Masters in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University. His military awards include the Combat Action Badge, the Bronze Star, and the Army Commendation Medal.
